Applying to job openings at IPM

Thank you for your interest in career opportunities at IPM. We hope this FAQ helps answer any questions you have during the application process. If you do not find answers to your questions here, please contact Careers at IPM.

May I submit an application via postal service?

No. We ask all those applying for a specific position to submit their resume and application through our secure online system so that their information is recorded in our database. We do not accept position applications by other means.

May I submit my resume/CV even though I am not applying to a specific job?

You may submit your CV to careers@ipmglobal.org if you are not applying for a specific job opening at this time. If you wish to apply for a current job opening for which you are qualified and interested in, please apply directly to that position by filling out an online application.

Does IPM offer internships or fellowships?

IPM occasionally offers internship or fellowship opportunities. Please check back to IPMglobal.org’s Careers page to see if any internships or fellowships are available. 

How will I know if my application and resume were received?

Once you have submitted your application through our secure electronic system, you will receive a confirmation email that will include instructions on how to access your application to check its status and to make updates.

How do I edit my application?

You may edit your application at any time by clicking on the “returning applicants” link on the Careers page and logging in with the information provided to you in the application confirmation email. Once you have logged in, you may also apply for additional positions.

How do I check the status of my application?

An IPM Human Resources representative will be in touch if you are selected to progress to the interview process. You may also receive feedback on your application status via email.

What is the hiring process like at IPM?

Once you submit your application, your skills and qualifications will be evaluated for the positions for which you applied. If we feel your experience matches our needs, you will be contacted by an IPM Human Resources representative for a telephone interview. If your skills do not meet the job requirements at this time, you will remain in our database for future consideration. You may also receive feedback on your application status via email.  

You can access your application at any time to apply for other openings that interest you.

I am having technical difficulties submitting my application. Where can I find help?

If you encounter technical difficulties submitting your application, we will be glad to help. Email us at careers@ipmglobal.org and note the specific nature of the problem. Please allow two business days for a response.
